Penn State Altoona’s history program is hosting the Blair County Historical Society for a series of regional history presentations throughout the fall. Michael Farrow will present “Altoona in Photos 1968-1971 Part II – AHS and Railroad Areas before Urban Development” at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Room 134 of the Hawthorn Building.
