Students from AG 160: Introduction to Ethics and Issues in Agriculture are planning campus events and campaigns related to sustainability throughout the month of April. Penn State Altoona students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to participate.

Battery Collection Event — Noon to 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, outside of the Slep Student Center. Bring your used and dead rechargeable batteries, such as lithium, and those for computers and phones for the collection so they can be properly disposed of rather than going into the garbage. No alkaline batteries will be accepted.
