Join Schreyer Honors College for the 2024 Luchinsky Lecture featuring Ainissa Ramirez, an award-winning scientist and science communicator. Her presentation, “Igniting Curiosity: Empowering Future Leaders and Global Citizens,” will be livestreamed at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, in room 150 of the Hawthorn Building.

Ramirez’s lecture touches on how scientific inquiry transcends cultural and geographical boundaries. She also highlights subject matter from her book “The Alchemy of Us: How Humans and Matter Transformed One Another,” which details eight inventions and how they shaped the human experience. The talk will include a question-and-answer session.
