ALTOONA, Pa. — A co-authored paper by Tulay Girard, professor of marketing at Penn State Altoona, received the Best Paper Award in Services Marketing from the 2020 Atlantic Marketing Association Virtual Conference held on Friday, Oct. 2.
The paper, "Importance-Performance Gap Analysis of the University Brand Equity Dimension," was presented by Girard and Musa Pinar, professor of marketing at Valparaiso University. The extended abstract was published in the Conference Proceedings.
