ALTOONA, Pa. — Courtney Kantoski, a career services counselor at Penn State Altoona, has created a line of T-shirts and tank tops which she is selling to benefit the United Way of Blair County’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund. This fund has raised and distributed approximately $30,000 to individuals and families in the Blair County area.
