ALTOONA, Pa. — Students from Penn State Altoona's Biology Club and from Tribeta, the college’s biology honor society, participated in Office Madness, a fundraising event for a local charity, on March 1.

Held by New Pig Corporation, Office Madness supports the Giorgio Foundation, a local charity that raises awareness and funds for the research of pediatric neurofibromatosis 1, a genetic disorder which causes uncontrolled tumor growth. Office Madness pits local businesses against each other in funny and outrageous games to raise money.

Student volunteers set up the games and provided other support. Students interested in Biology Club or Tribeta can visit Penn State Altoona Connect to learn more.
