ALTOONA, Pa. — It's Hugs for Hounds: The Howl-O-Ween edition!

Celebrate Halloween by cuddling some cute therapy pups from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, in the Laurel Pavilion, or the Slep Student Center in case of rain.

The event is sponsored by Penn State Altoona's Wellness Health Advisory Board.
