ALTOONA, Pa. — Celebrate Earth month with Penn State Altoona through an online sustainability challenge.
Through April 21, Penn State Altoona will compete against other colleges and universities to see which one can make and follow through with the most behavior-centered commitments to sustainability.
EcoChallenge, a web program designed to educate, identify and easily assess commitments, is a simple way to take measurable action on the issues you care about. Choose from a wide range of options dealing with waste, food, water, energy, nature and more. A few weeks of commitment, learning, and action could add up to a lifetime of positive change for participants, Penn State Altoona and the world.
To participate, complete the following steps:
- Sign up online
- Make your personal commitments
- Recruit others
- Check-in when you complete commitments
- Comment, engage & encourage others
