ALTOONA, Pa. — Stop by the Laurel Pavilion on Thursday, Sept. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. to check out "Safe at State," a Stand for State program. Attendees will learn about bystander intervention and engage in self-defense training.
The event is sponsored by Penn State Altoona's Wellness Health Advisory Board. In the event of inclement weather, the event will take place in the Slep Student Center.
