ALTOONA, Pa. — Students: Do you have an idea that could improve or solve a problem on campus? Here’s your chance to pitch it and win prizes.
The Lion’s Den pitch competition begins with the “How to Develop a Good Idea” workshop on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 11:15 a.m. in room 201 of the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence on Penn State Altoona’s downtown campus.
All students are invited to work individually or in teams of two and submit their ideas by midnight March 1. Results will be announced March 4. If chosen to continue in the competition, students will attend a pitch prep workshop, then present their idea to a panel of judges at the Lion’s Den Pitch Final Event on April 7.
