Alumni Association seeks 2024 Volunteer Award nominations

Ceremony will recognize standout leaders of the world’s largest alumni network

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The nomination period for the Penn State Alumni Association's Volunteer Awards is open and will run through Monday, March 4. There are nine categories for group awards and six individual awards. More than one nomination can be submitted. Additional information, along with links for the nomination forms, can be found on the Alumni Association’s website. Questions can be sent to Jason Foster, associate director of academic communities for the Alumni Association, at jwf5549@psu.edu.  

Penn Staters are encouraged to share this information with their personal and professional networks. This year’s Volunteer Awards ceremony will take place in August on the University Park campus. Photographs from last year’s ceremony are available here.

The Penn State Alumni Association is the world’s largest dues-paying alumni association, with more than 174,00 members and 775,000 living alumni. Volunteer leaders serve alumni members of nearly 250 affiliate groups and more than 100 chapters, which unite Penn Staters through shared interests, academic colleges, geographic location and more. Alumni Association membership includes access to the entire affiliate group network, with no extra fees or action needed.
