"For the Love of Birds" Art Exhibit by Stefani Allegretti

Stefani Allegretti, award-winning local artist, will feature her exhibit "For the Love of Birds" in the Penn State New Kensington Art Gallery until April 30, 2024. “For the Love of Birds” is an exhibition of photography, digital art and other mediums that captures the interactions, personalities, characteristics, and beauty of a variety of species of birds.

This exhibition aims to provide viewers with the opportunity to see the beauty of the natural world and discover an enhanced appreciation or awareness of these delightful creatures that live all around. The majority of the bird species shown in this exhibition are native to North America and can be seen regionally in our backyards, at parks, or on farms. They include cardinals, blue jays, black-capped chickadees, mourning doves, sparrows, domestic pigeons, house finches, and more. 

Allegretti is an award-wining artist and has exhibited her work in various juried group exhibitions throughout the United States, including the Bird Museum of Vermont, the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art (SAMA), and others.
