UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Two-time reigning Country Music Association (CMA) Entertainer of the Year Luke Combs will bring his “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour” to Penn State's Beaver Stadium on Saturday, April 27, 2024, as part of Combs' 25 newly announced U.S. stadium shows next year. Joining Combs for the Beaver Stadium date will be Jordan Davis, Mitchell Tenpenny, Drew Parker and Colby Acuff.

“We are thrilled to have Luke Combs make the iconic Beaver Stadium part of his 'Growin' Up and Gettin' Old Tour' in 2024,” said Penn State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Patrick Kraft. “Not only is this a tremendous way to showcase our stadium but will also provide an economic impact for our community and local businesses. We know the combination of this unique opportunity and it being Luke's only concert in the state of Pennsylvania in 2024 that his fans will show up and make this one of the biggest concerts in the country. In addition to having the greatest game day environment in college football, we hope this marks the first of many concerts and other major events that we will host in the iconic Beaver Stadium in the coming years.”

Tickets for the “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour” will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25, at ticketmaster.com.

The 2024 dates follow Combs’ world tour, which runs through this fall across three continents and 16 countries.

Combs' new version of Tracy Chapman’s Grammy-winning song “Fast Car” has spent five consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and garnered more than 435 million global streams. The two-time certified platinum hit also is currently No. 1 on the Hot AC chart and No. 2 on Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 chart.

Additionally, Combs recently earned 22 new Recording Industry Association of America certifications, including for his albums “This One’s For You,” “What You See Is What You Get,” “Growin’ Up,” and “Gettin’ Old,” as well as for songs such as “Hurricane,” “When It Rains It Pours,” “She Got The Best Of Me,” “Beer Never Broke My Heart,” and “One Number Away,” among many other hits. Combs' current album, “Gettin' Old,” is a companion to his 2022 record, “Growin' Up.”

Beaver Stadium, the home of Penn State football, is one of the nation’s premier venues. The second-largest stadium in the country owns a capacity of 106,572 and is the host of the “Greatest Show in College Sports” in the Penn State White Out each year. This is the second concert to be hosted in Beaver Stadium, with the first taking place in 2017.
