Gardening questions answered as WPSU’s ‘Conversations LIVE’ returns Sept. 29

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State gardening experts will share tips and answer questions for preparing home gardens for falling temperatures as WPSU Penn State’s “Conversations LIVE” returns for its sixth season at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29. The show will air live on WPSU-TV, WPSU-FM and wpsu.org/live.

Penn State Extension horticulture educator Tom Butzler, horticulture professor Rob Crassweller and extension master gardener Carla Hass will answer community questions during the season premiere, “Get Your Garden On.” Viewers can join the conversation by calling 800-543-8242, emailing connect@wpsu.org or tweeting @WPSU.  

The monthly program, hosted by WPSU Penn State senior producer Patty Satalia, welcomes guest experts and community interaction for an in-depth discussion on local and national issues. The show will air each month during the academic year, and the spring 2016 schedule will be announced in January.
