STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Visitors of all ages are invited to join the Woskob Family Gallery for a night of whimsical musical fun for May’s First Friday.
From 5 to 8 p.m. visitors can create their own unique musical instruments using a variety of materials.
From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., enjoy a concert by Los Tikis, a local band of South American faculty and graduate students. Los Tikis will share folk songs from their countries and show the audience some of their own handmade instruments. Drop in at any point for an evening of music, making and collaboration.
Woskob Family Gallery, located on Allen Street in downtown State College, is a space for contemporary arts, culture and community engagement, sponsored by Penn State’s College of Arts and Architecture.
