NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. – The New Kensington Camera Club and the Allegheny Valley League of Artists have collaborated to present the next exhibit featured in Penn State New Kensington’s Art Gallery. “The Art of Music” show will be featured from Nov. 5 to 30.

“Our works are on the walls at different venues, but the Penn State New Kensington gallery is one we all look forward to,” said Robert Sudy.

The show will feature photography and artwork showcasing music in all forms, ranging from instruments to musicians to lyrics and song titles.

“I feel both groups complement each other by offering a variety art for patrons’ viewing pleasure,” added Sudy. “Our memberships often overlap and it's always interesting at our meetings when we can share our experience.”

In addition to the exhibit, members of the campus and local communities are invited to a “Meet the Artists” night at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9.

The New Kensington campus community, as well as the public, is invited to view the exhibit in the Art Gallery from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and noon to 5 p.m. weekends.
