'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' coming to Bryce Jordan Center on Nov. 28

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The beloved television classic “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” will soar off the screen and onto the stage at Penn State’s Bryce Jordan Center this holiday season.

“Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical” starts at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28, and brings all of the original television favorites to life, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph.

Ticket prices are $24.50, $39.50 and $49.50; children 24 months and younger who sit on a parent’s lap are free. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at the Bryce Jordan Center, Eisenhower Auditorium and Penn State Downtown Theatre, as well as online at ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.

Penn State University Park students can receive discounted tickets courtesy of the Student Fee Board. The student pre-sale starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27.
