WPSU-TV's ‘Conversations from Penn State’ season wraps up this summer

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – This season of WPSU-TV’s "Conversations from Penn State" concludes with three final episodes this summer.

In June, veteran host Patty Satalia will sit down with Jonathan Jansen, vice-chancellor and rector of the University of the Free State in South Africa, where the pair will discuss his approach to leadership and education. "Conversations from Penn State: The Future of the Rainbow Nation" will air at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 19.

Nina Jack, first assistant director on the popular series "Breaking Bad" and "Mad Men," will headline the July episode. The Penn State alumna shares with Satalia her professional journey from working part-time at WPSX-TV to working behind the scenes on some of television’s hottest shows. The episode will air at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 3.

The season finale features plastic surgeon David Teplica and a discussion on how this Penn State alumnus combines his talents in the fine arts and medicine to guide scientific investigation toward a better understanding of human anatomy. "Conversations from Penn State: Architecture of the Body" will air in August. Check local listings for details.
