All-Sports Museum to host discussion with Erica Walsh, women’s soccer seniors

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State All-Sports Museum’s Ellen Perry Speaker Series will host coach Erica Walsh and the seniors on the Penn State women’s soccer team at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2, for a panel discussion on the team’s historic national championship win.

The community is invited to visit the museum to hear the team’s firsthand account of what it was like to win the program’s first national championship in 2015. The championship trophy will also be on hand for photo opportunities.

The presentation will be held in the Clemen’s Family Theater, located on the first floor of the Penn State All-Sports Museum. Doors will open at 5:15 p.m., and free pizza will be served from 5:30 to 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The museum is located at the southwest corner of Beaver Stadium opposite the Bryce Jordan Center. A long canopy leading from Curtin Road marks the museum entrance. Parking is available in Lot 44 adjacent to the museum. For more information, call 814-863-5689 or email asmevents@psu.edu.
