DuBois men's basketball drops a tough road game at Penn State Mont Alto

DuBOIS, Pa. — The Penn State DuBois men's basketball team traveled to conference opponent Penn State Mont Alto on Saturday night, Jan. 15. With DuBois and Head Coach Dylan Howard settling into a new roster, DuBois would take a tough 76-53 loss.

Malik Gordon started off strong with a 3-for-5 showing from the field in the first half. Gordon put up eight points before halftime, while Jaiquil Johnson added five assists in the first half.

DuBois headed into the locker room down only eight points. Guy Anthony came alive in the second half, going 4-for-4 from the field, but Mont Alto pulled away for the victory. 

Gordon and Anthony ended the game with 12 points each, while Anthony also grabbed six rebounds.

The DuBois men will be back in action on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at Penn State Fayette.
