      Men’s basketball

      Freshman guard Jack Kusters (Quakertown, PA/Lansdale Catholic) is averaging a team-high 20.0 points per game on a 15-for-30 shooting performance in the Lions’ last two games.

      Men’s volleyball

      Penn State Altoona went 3-1 in the Purple Raider Rumble, hosted at Mount Union on February 8-9. In those four matches, senior outside hitter Brian Sheddy (Shrewsbury, PA/Susquehannock) averaged a team-high 2.62 kills per set and 0.62 aces per set.

      Men’s tennis

      • Shenandoah University 5, Penn State Altoona 3

      Junior Andrew Ung (Upper Chichester, PA/Chichester) had a pair of wins for the Lions, prevailing 6-4, 6-4 in No. 5 singles and winning 8-2 alongside his doubles partner in the No. 2 doubles match.
