CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — The men's team finished the season with an 11-11 overall record and went 9-2 in January and February to upset many of the top teams in the conference and qualify for a playoff berth being the No. 5 seed.

PSU-LV men's and women's basketball seasons have come to an end; PSUAC honors players
The men traveled to No. 4 Penn State Wilkes Barre, but ended up losing 83-54. Jonathan Buie received post season honors by being named to the PSUAC Honorable Mention All-Conference and also named Co-Defensive Player of the Year.
AJ Molettiere received the John Fritz Sportsmanship award. The John Fritz Sportsmanship Award is awarded to one student-athlete per team for each sport at each campus. This student-athlete demonstrates good sportsmanship in that he displays ethical, appropriate, polite and fair behavior while participating in athletic events and as a member of their team. This person exemplifies the Penn State values of integrity, responsibility, excellence, respect, discovery and community.
The women made it to the first ever PSUAC championship game before losing to No. 1 Penn State Brandywine 70-63 in a nail-biter of a game. Lehigh Valley was the No. 2 seed in the tournament. They defeated No. 3 Penn State Beaver 86-61 in the semifinal game.
Hannah Bankes scored her 1,000th career point in that semifinal game and was the fourth player in Lehigh Valley history to reach that milestone in the last year.
The women finished their season with a record of 16-7 overall. Numerous players received PSUAC post-season honors. Ebony Sanders was named first team all-conference and Defensive Player of the Year; Andrea Watkins and Hannah Bankes were named second team all-conference; and Makayla Brown-Paul received the John Fritz Sportsmanship award.
