      Penn Staters are invited to men's lacrosse pregame mixer

      Free event set for noon on Saturday at Xfinity Live!

      Penn State alumni and fans are invited to a free pre-game mixer before the men's lacrosse team battles Yale on Saturday in Philadelphia, in the NCAA Tournament national semifinals.       UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State men’s lacrosse team is coming to Philadelphia to compete for a national championship, and the Penn State Alumni Association is inviting all alumni and fans to gather for a pregame mixer at Xfinity Live!

      The mixer begins at noon on Saturday, May 25, at Victory Beer Hall (located within Xfinity Live!), before the men’s lacrosse team battles Yale at 2:30 p.m. in the NCAA Tournament national semifinals.

      The event features complimentary snacks and appearances by the student/alumni pep band, Penn State cheerleaders, and more. A cash bar also will be available. Xfinity Live! is within close walking distance of Lincoln Financial Field, where Penn State and Yale will play following Virginia-Duke in the first semifinal.
