MONACA, Pa. — Beaver Valley LaunchBox is celebrating Penn State Startup Week powered by PNC at Penn State Beaver by holding a panel discussion event by successful women entrepreneurs.

This program is aimed at sharing the success stories of female entrepreneurs with Penn State Beaver students and community members to inspire them to pursue their entrepreneurial endeavors. It will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. April 7, in the Student Union Building Lodge at the Beaver campus.

The panelists will be:
    •    Jessica Shoemaker – owner, Beaver Bagel Co.
    •    Tori Waters – owner, Thee Brow Artist 
    •    Jamie Leheny – owner, Canine Kingdom 

The event is free and open to the public.

Penn State Startup Week is a University-wide event that takes place every spring and brings some of the leading minds in entrepreneurship and innovation to Penn State campuses across the commonwealth.

Beaver Valley LaunchBox at Penn State Beaver offers free programming for the community including workshops, business development resources and access to Penn State legal clinic resources.
