Admissions Open House at Penn State Behrend

More than 700 guests have registered for Penn State Behrend’s fall Admissions Open House on Saturday, Oct. 4. The program will include a student information fair, admissions and financial aid sessions, lab demonstrations and walking tours of the campus.

Prospective students and their families will have an opportunity to meet with faculty from the Black School of Business, the School of Engineering, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Science to learn more about Behrend’s 40 undergraduate degrees and 50 minors and certificates. Coordinators of the college’s pre-health programs and honors program also will be available.

“We always say that the best way to get a feel for a college is to come to campus and see it for yourself,” said Andrea Konkol, director of enrollment management at Penn State Behrend. “Open House is a fantastic opportunity not just to tour the campus, but to meet us and really get a sense of what it would be like to be a student here.”
