Behrend Speaker Series

The 2024-25 Speaker Series at Penn State Behrend will begin Monday, Oct. 21, with a talk by alumnus Adam Fracassi-Wier, the deputy director of elections at the Michigan Bureau of Elections. He will discuss election integrity and the challenges of managing an election in a swing state.

His talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the lobby of Metzgar Center. The program is free and open to the public.

Fracassi-Wier, a 2012 graduate, earned degrees in political science, international studies and English. He served as Michigan's assistant attorney general from 2015 to 2018 before taking his current role.
