Two graduates of the creative writing program at Penn State Behrend will read from their work Thursday, April 3, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in Metzgar Center. The readings are part of the creative writing program’s 20th anniversary celebration.
Jon Chaiim McConnell has written short fiction, which has appeared in Blackbird, Heavy Feather Review and Yemasee, and a novel, “thrum,” which was released in 2021.
Kat Giordano has published the poetry collections “Thumbsucker,” “Tell Me You’ve Earned It” and “The Poet Confronts Bukowski’s Ghost” and the novel “The Fountain.”
