The Public Policy Fund at Penn State Behrend will host a panel discussion about NATO and Ukraine beginning at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, on Zoom. This program is open to the public at no charge.

Lena Surzhko-Harned, assistant teaching professor of political science, will moderate the discussion, which will explore NATO’s role in ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. She will be joined by Mark Webber, of the University of Birmingham, in the United Kingdom; Pierre Lepine, of the Royal Military College of Canada; and R. James Orr III, of the National War College.
