Nearly 50 Penn State Behrend faculty members will discuss their research and scholarly activity at the college’s first Faculty Showcase on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

The program will begin at 2 p.m. in McGarvey Commons with an introduction by Alicyn Rhoades, vice chancellor and associate dean for research and graduate studies. A series of 15-minute presentations will follow, including talks about ecotoxicology, the use of 3D biomechanics to study ACL injuries, and the representation of Shakespeare’s “Tempest” in video games.

Wilson Brown, associate professor of clinical psychology, will provide the keynote address beginning at 6 p.m. in McGarvey Commons. He is the recipient of this year’s Council of Fellows Faculty Research Award.
