Rhythms of Life Series
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM / March 19, 2025
The Rhythms of Life Series at Penn State Behrend will continue March 19 with a free performance by Reverie Road, a Celtic ensemble that features members of Solas and Gaelic Storm. The program, which begins at noon in Bruno’s Café, is free and open to the public.
The members of Reverie Road — fiddlers Winifred Horan and Katie Grennan, pianist Utsav Lal and accordion player John Williams — bounce from high-energy reels and jigs to stately continental waltzes. The group’s self-titled album, released in 2024, was named “Debut Album of the Year” by Ireland Tonight.
The Rhythms of Life Series features a variety of music, dance and storytelling from all regions of the world. The series is supported by Behrend’s Office of Educational Equity and Diversity Programs and the Student Activity Fee. To learn more, visit the Rhythms of Life webpage.
