Spring All-Access Career Fair at Penn State Behrend

ERIE, Pa. — The Spring All-Access Career Fair at Penn State Behrend will feature 150 companies, including SpaceX, the Naval Nuclear Laboratory and UPMC. The Feb. 19 program will offer tracks for college students who are near completion of their degree and for job-seekers who do not have a degree.
This is the second year that the spring career fair — one of two held each year at Behrend — is open to the public. The approach was developed with input from the attending recruiters, who often have hiring needs for multiple positions, including work that does not require a university degree.
“This is another way we can help them while serving our students and encouraging new connections across our community,” said Michelle Hartmann, associate director of corporate engagement at Behrend.
Recruiters also will meet with students to discuss full-time and part-time positions, internships and co-op opportunities. This year’s fair will include representatives from KYOCERA-AVX, Parker Lord, Ellwood National Forge and the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
