MEDIA, Pa. — Penn State Brandywine Athletics will offer its third year of multi-sport youth camps this summer. Camps will be run by Penn State Brandywine coaches and student-athletes and will offer a wide variety of fun-filled activities for children ages seven to 12.

“Our summer sports camps are one of the best opportunities we have to connect with local families and young athletes,” said Bobbi Caprice, director of athletics. “We love opening our campus to the community and providing a fun, supportive environment where kids can build skills, make new friends and be connected to our athletic community.”

The camps will focus on a wide array of sports, including basketball, dodgeball, football, kickball, wiffleball, hockey, soccer and handball. With four weeks of programming during the summer to choose from, each one-week camp’s activities will promote skill development and teamwork.

Discounts are available for Penn State Brandywine alumni parents who attended the campus for at least one semester, as well as for Penn State Brandywine employees. Camps will be offered on the following dates from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.: June 15-18, June 22-25, June 29-July 2 and July 13-16.
