UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Celebrate all the reasons why Dear Old State is great during the fourth annual PS i(heart)U Week, set for April 17-21.

Hosted by the Blue & White Society, the mission of PS i(heart)U Week is to encourage University spirit; unite students, alumni, faculty, staff and fans; and celebrate all that is Penn State.

“PS i(heart)U Week, for us in the Blue & White Society, is like a spring homecoming,” said Adam Jarvis, vice president of programming for the Blue & White Society. “We host this week to show how much we love Penn State and what Penn State means to us. We have been doing this week for a few years now, and it just keeps getting better each and every year. We are excited to see why other students love Penn State as well.”

There will be pop-up tents in different locations around the University Park campus each morning from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., in addition to special events during the day and/or evening. Download the PS i(heart)U Week poster, and share it on social media with #PSiheartU17. If attending at University Park, be sure to pick up a PS i(heart) U Week passport at any of the events. A completed passport — which gets stamped for each event attended — must be turned in by 9 p.m. Thursday, April 20, for the chance to win Beats Studio by Dre.

Sponsors of this weeklong celebration include the Penn State Alumni Association, University Park Allocation Committee, AT&T, Lion Ambassadors, Penn State Hillel, Association of Residence Hall Students, and the Panhellenic Council. All of the events during the week are free and open to the public.

The Blue & White Society is the student membership of the Penn State Alumni Association, with societies at campuses across the Commonwealth. With nearly 9,000 members, it is the largest and one of the most active student organizations at Penn State. The Blue & White Society plans many events on campus each year while also participating in events such as THON, Homecoming, Relay For Life, and various community service programs.
