UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State IT Learning and Development team has created 1.5-hour live training sessions to help faculty and staff navigate Box migration steps before their migration. The Penn State community can find registration information, including session dates and details, on the Preparing for the Box to Office 365 File Migration registration page in the Learning Resource Network.
The training sessions will cover the recommended steps to prepare individuals for migration and what to expect during and after files have migrated. During the training, participants will explore the basic functionality, file structure and organization in Office 365.
All sessions are free for the Penn State community, and spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Waitlists also will be available and will help to determine the need for additional sessions. If openings become available, those on the waitlist will be automatically added to the session and receive a confirmation email.
Additional training migration materials are available on the Training and Resources page on the new Box migration website. Penn State faculty, staff and students can access a recording of the training available through Kaltura beginning Jan. 25.
Individuals can email questions about the training sessions to the IT Learning and Development team at itld@psu.edu.
