UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — A celebration of life will be held for Penn State alumna and former trustee Mimi Barash Coppersmith at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in Pasquerilla Spiritual Center, 425 Allen Road, on the University Park campus.
Coppersmith, a longtime leader in the Penn State and State College communities, was a philanthropist, publishing and advertising entrepreneur, and the first woman to chair the Penn State Board of Trustees. She died Sept. 14 at the age of 92.
