UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Starting on Dec. 9, Penn State will extend its hours for walk-up coronavirus testing at the University Park campus from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through Jan. 18.

Walk-up testing is available on University Park campus for all students — living either on or off campus — and for employees listed in Penn State’s “Return to Work” database.

The extension of walk-up testing hours at University Park campus is designed to allow more individuals to be tested and prevent people from waiting outdoors as temperatures cool. Walk-up testing at University Park was previously noon to 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Testing hours and availability at other Penn State locations remain unchanged.
