Health Promotion & Wellness offers various free wellness activities this summer

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Health Promotion and Wellness (HPW), a unit of Penn State Student Affairs, will host a variety of new free wellness activities this summer.

The activities, which range from interactive activities, yoga and meditation and more, are designed to help students de-stress and improve focus.
