-- Journalist, author and Fulbright Scholar Tanya Biank, in a speech Thursday (May 10) on "The Bride Wore Green: Marriage and the Military, an Author's Walk in her Own Storyline." Biank, a 1993 graduate of Penn State, is a former military reporter for the Fayetteville (N.C.) Observer and traveled around the world with troops. She has appeared on several national television and radio shows discussing military issues. She spoke at the Nittany Lion Inn to conclude the 2006-07 Penn State Faculty Staff Club Forum series.
