Impacts to Curtin Road near Pattee Library beginning Friday, July 20

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Reconstruction of the raised pedestrian crosswalk on Curtin Road near Pattee Library will take place beginning Friday, July 20, through Monday, July 23.

This work will result in the following impacts to the section of Curtin Road located between Burrowes Road and Allen Road:

  • The eastbound travel lane will be closed from 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, July 20. Flaggers will direct traffic from both directions through the westbound lane.
  • Both travel lanes will be closed to all traffic from 5:30 p.m. Friday, July 20, through 5 a.m. Monday, July 23.
  • The eastbound and westbound Pattee Transit Center CATABUS stops will be closed from Friday, July 20, through Monday, July 23. Temporary stops will be placed on Allen Road near Chambers Building and Music Building I.
  • The Campus Shuttle via College Avenue stop at Pattee Library will be closed on Friday, July 20, and Monday, July 23. The closest available stops will be near Recreation Hall and the Palmer Museum of Art.
