UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Due to weather, the Jan. 24 Penn State Forum featuring immigration and education advocate Julissa Acre at the Nittany Lion Inn has been canceled.
Acre, co-founder and chair of Ascend Educational Fund and author of "My (Underground) American Dream," was scheduled to present "The American Dreamer: From Undocumented to Wall Street to Immigration Advocate" at the Nittany Lion Inn.
Tickets to the event may be returned to the Penn State id+ Office in 20 HUB-Robeson Center.
Officials hope to reschedule Acre to speak on campus at a later date.
