UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The financial experts at the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center are offering a workshop focused on retirement planning from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 16.
Participants can use this Zoom link to attend the webinar at no cost. Additionally, self-study modules are available here from “MoneyCounts: A Penn State Financial Literacy Series.”
The Tuesday webinar will cover common retirement plans, difference between an IRA and ROTH IRA, how to write your own retirement planning guide, how to avoid costly mistakes and how to forecast a budget.
The next webinar is scheduled for July 30 and will focus on insurance planning.
The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center offers services to the entire Penn State community and is part of Penn State Undergraduate Education, the academic administrative unit that provides leadership and coordination for University-wide programs and initiatives in support of undergraduate teaching and learning at Penn State.
