UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Multimedia and Print Center has announced changes to the mailing slip forms on its website for use by University employees. The changes streamline the process and make it more technologically current. The transition to the new system will occur Monday, May 13.
Mailing slip forms, which will now be called traveler documents, are used for printing postage on items sent by Mailing Services. The process for filling out forms will remain the same, but they will have a different appearance. The other primary difference is that users must now print a new traveler document for each submission. There will also be two separate forms for first-class traditional mail and for parcels.
To create a new traveler document, users will continue to click “Meter Slip” at the top of the Multimedia and Print Center website and log in via two-factor authentication before completing the traveler document form.
