UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Just when you thought things could not get any sweeter at the Penn State Berkey Creamery, the "dynamos of delicious" have done it again, and just in time for the Blue-White Game, April 21.

"Brew and White" iced coffees and "Grilled Stickies" ice cream are the latest additions to the Creamery's menu.

"With warm weather — and the Blue-White Game — on the horizon, what better time to treat our customers," said Jim Brown, assistant manager. "We're confident that these new products are going to be big hits."

The iced coffees, which come in regular, mocha or caramel flavors, join their beverage neighbors — lemonade, iced teas and milk — in the refrigerated section. Brown said requests from the Creamery's coffee consumers for a chilled choice prompted the creation of the drinks.

"Grilled Stickies" ice cream, available in half-gallons and for scooping, contains everything a good "sticky" bun has — cinnamon streusel swirl and sticky bun dough pieces — blended with the Creamery's rich vanilla ice cream.

Brown noted that Blue-White Weekend is one of the busiest times of the year for the Creamery, next to graduation weekend in May, and with the buzz on new products, such as THON Gold Ribbon Ripple and the new "mini" ice cream cups, as well as the packaging makeover, he expects even more visitors than usual.

And, with the end of the semester nearing, Brown reminds students and their parents that unused meal points can be used to purchase products at the Creamery, including ice cream, cheeses, beverages, coffee, snacks, memorabilia and bulk items.
