UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Transportation Services and the Bryce Jordan Center have announced parking changes for the sold out Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band concert scheduled for Saturday, March 18.
ParkMobile prepayment or Penn State parking permit required for Stadium West, Jordan East and Porter North lots
With general event parking areas expected to reach capacity, parking at the Stadium West, Jordan East and Porter North lots will require ParkMobile prepayment or a valid Penn State parking permit. Except for fans with a state-issued ADA placard or license plate, day-of-event parking sales will not be available at these lots.
ParkMobile prepayment also will be available at the Eisenhower Deck.
Reserved parking in these lots for Penn State permit holders will be limited.
Day-of-event parking only available at East Deck
Day-of-event parking will be available for $30 only at the East Deck. If additional cash parking locations are made available, they will be announced prior to the event date.
ParkMobile prepayment details
ParkMobile prepayment, available here, will be available at a discounted rate of $22 through 11:59 p.m. Friday, March 17.
Prepayment also will be available for $30 until 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, via the above ParkMobile link. Fans who have not prepaid by that time and do not have a valid Penn State permit will be directed to park at the East Deck.
Additional locations may be offered for ParkMobile prepayment.
For prepaid access to parking areas, fans must present their ParkMobile prepayment barcode on their mobile device or a permit printed from the ParkMobile website.
ADA parking information
ADA parking for Bryce Jordan Center events is available at the following locations:
- Stadium West: southwest corner near the University Drive/Curtin Road intersection.
- Jordan East: small section across from the Penn State All-Sports Museum and the northernmost row along Curtin Road between Beaver Stadium gates A and B.
A state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required, along with a valid Penn State permit, ParkMobile prepayment, or day-of-event cash payment. Fans with a state-issued ADA placard or license plate who prepay for parking at the Eisenhower Deck also may park at Stadium West or Jordan East.
Early arrival encouraged
With very heavy traffic expected, fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early. Event parking areas will open at 3 p.m. to those who have prepaid through ParkMobile and day-of-event parking sales at the East Deck will open at 5 p.m. Bryce Jordan Center doors are scheduled to open at 6 p.m. and fans are urged to review the Bryce Jordan Center's bag policy before arrival.
