UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Transportation Services has announced parking information for the University's summer 2023 commencement ceremonies, to be held at University Park on Saturday, Aug. 12.
General parking for Penn State summer commencement ceremonies being held at the Bryce Jordan Center will be available at one or more of the following parking areas, as directed by University Police and event parking staff:
- Jordan East - located east of the Bryce Jordan Center, and accessible from Porter Road (via Park Avenue or College Avenue) and Dauer Drive (via University Drive).
- Stadium West - located west of Beaver Stadium, and accessible only from Park Avenue.
ADA parking will be available at the following Jordan East, Stadium West and Orange L parking areas:
- Stadium West - southernmost row along Curtin Road and westernmost row along University Drive.
- Jordan East - small section across from the Penn State All-Sports Museum and Beaver Stadium Gate B.
- Jordan East - northernmost row along Curtin Road between Beaver Stadium Gates A and B.
- Orange L - located near Bryce Jordan Center Guest Entrance.
For the safety of all guests and to assist with traffic flow between each ceremony, guest drop-off in drive lanes is prohibited, and those with mobility issues may be dropped off in the ADA-reserved parking areas. These areas are ADA-accessible and located just a short distance from entrances to the Bryce Jordan Center. Both drop-off and pickup in the drive lanes is prohibited.
Curtin Road also will be closed to vehicle traffic between University Drive and the entrance to Jordan East throughout most of the commencement ceremonies to allow safe pedestrian access between Stadium West and the Bryce Jordan Center.

Commencement parking for all ceremonies in the areas designated above will be available at no charge, courtesy of Penn State Transportation Services.
