WYOMISSING, Pa. — The Penn State Berks Campus Activities Board (CAB) traditionally celebrates Spring Week with a wide variety of activities and contests on campus. This year, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CAB has rolled up their sleeves and worked hard to redesign the programming as a virtual experience.

Spring Week 2020 is Roaring Twenties-themed, and includes a variety of online contests, challenges, and activities with prizes available for the winners.

The festivities kicked off on Sunday, April 19, with a “Caption This” challenge, in which students were able to submit a funny or silly caption for one of four photos. On Tuesday, CAB posted a Roaring Twenties-themed word search, which students completed and submitted a screenshot. CAB celebrated Earth Day on Wednesday with a collection of student-submitted photos of outdoor activities and adventures.

Crazy Bob will host a “Scene It” game show on Thursday at 9 p.m. via Zoom in which students will be shown a clip of a TV show and answer trivia questions for prizes. Rounding out the week will be a Kahoot Trivia game with 1920’s-themed questions on Friday at 12:15 p.m.

Students can follow CAB on social media or reach out to Felicia Nelson at FNN3@psu.edu with any questions.
