CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn Staters are invited to a festive opportunity at the Lehigh Valley campus to celebrate the holiday season. The Nittany Lion’s Holiday Party starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Penn State Lehigh Valley. Attendees will enjoy a visit from Santa Claus, arts and crafts, face painting, jolly music and refreshments. The event, hosted by the Penn State Lehigh Valley Alumni Society, will end at noon.

A professional photographer will be on site for children to get pictures with Santa and the Nittany Lion. The cost to attend is $10. Tickets are needed for children age 2 and up. Each child is permitted two adult guests free of charge. Photo prints will be available for purchase from the photographer’s website following the event.

“This is such a special time of year, and we wanted to provide some Penn State holiday fun for your Nittany Lion cubs,” said Diane McAloon, director of alumni relations at Penn State Lehigh Valley. “Last year’s event was a festive time for all — kids, parents and grandparents alike — and we are excited to host it again for all Penn Staters in the Lehigh Valley.”

Registration is required to attend the event. Register online at the Nittany Lion holiday ticket website.
