Michael Kamens recently joined the staff of University Health Services (UHS), Penn State's student health service at the University Park campus. As one of 11 university physicians at UHS, Kamens will provide medical care to students who come to the clinic in the Student Health Center.
UHS Clinical Director Evan Pattishall welcomes the energy and expertise that Kamens brings to UHS. “Michael is a wonderful addition to our clinical staff and the quality health care provided at UHS.”
Kamens added, “As a Penn State graduate, I’m thrilled to return as a member of the UHS clinical services team and to provide the best care I can to current students¬—the alums of the future.
Kamens received his bachelor of science degree from Penn State before graduating from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Prior to joining Penn State, Kamens was a staff physician with Riverside Medical of Ohio in Steubenville.
