UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Spring 2021 Housing Fair will take place virtually from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 24 and is open to anyone interested in housing near the University Park campus, including students, parents, families, faculty and staff. Anyone interested in attending can register to attend now.

The fair will provide attendees with information about on- and off-campus housing options at University Park. Many housing fair vendors will offer discounts, incentives and prize drawings to attendees.

During the housing fair, attendees will be able to ask both on- and off-campus housing representatives about their options and decide which best fits their needs. Students can explore the pros and cons of on-campus versus off-campus housing.

Throughout March, individual vendors will be available on campus at tables on the HUB-Robeson Center back patio from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The dates vendors will be available are March 1-3, 15-17 and 29-31. Students can stop by to learn more about the various properties, no registration is required.

For students who are interested in renting off-campus, Penn State’s Student Legal Services office, a unit of Student Affairs, offers free lease reviews to University Park students, which gives students the opportunity to review the lease terms with an attorney before signing.

The housing fair and on campus tabling event is sponsored by the Office of Off-Campus Student Support, a unit of Penn State Student Affairs.
