Student Activities offering new social programming last Friday of each month

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — This spring, the Office of Student Activities, a unit of Penn State Student Affairs, is organizing a Final Friday event on the last Friday of every month. Penn State students are invited to join these social activities designed to bring the community together.

The first Final Friday event will be hosted on Jan. 31 and is open to all Penn State students. Final Friday events are free and will be hosted at locations on and off campus.

Additional details for each event, along with registration information, can be found on OrgCentral under "Events." Check for updated sign-up links prior to each of the following events:

  • Jan. 31 – Escape Rooms and Roller Rink, 9 p.m. 
  • Feb. 28 – Tussey Mountain Snow Tubing, 10 p.m. 
  • March 27 – Bowling, 9 p.m.
  • April 24 – Boom Boom Bingo (Bingo Dance Party), 9 p.m.

In addition to the start of Final Friday, the HUB-Robeson Center will still house evening activities, including Creative Crafts, hosted by the Center for Arts and Crafts, on the ground floor of the HUB Fridays from 8 to 10:30 p.m., and movies, hosted by the Association of Residence Hall Students, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
